How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our collections, click on the cake you would like to order, select your custom options and submit a baking enquiry. We will then get in touch with you to finalise your order. We take orders by appointment only. You can make payments online (we accept PayPal, GPay and all major credit and debit cards), via bank transfer or cash in hand.
Do you offer delivery services?
We offer limited delivery options, with a minimum order requirement of £100, and delivery costs that vary depending on the order and location. Orders can be collected from our address at 93 Rush Green Road, Romford, Essex, RM7 0PU at a pre-arranged time (Monday - Saturday between 9.30am and 5.00pm).
After the cake has been collected, the client assumes full responsibility for it's condition and safety. We will not be held liable for any damages that may occur after collection.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes we required a 50% deposit or full payment prior to begin making your cake.
How do I pay? Can I pay online?
Payment can be made online via PayPal, debit, or credit card once we confirm your order. We can also accept payments by cash or bank transfers. We will send an order confirmation that includes all payment options for you to make payments.
